<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for an electrophoretic display medium for improving structural durability and display durability of the electrophoretic display medium, and to provide an electrophoretic display medium. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet for an electrophoretic display medium comprises: a light-transmitting substrate; an electrophoretic ink having a volume specific resistance of 1×10<SP POS="POST">7</SP>to 1×10<SP POS="POST">13</SP>Ωcm when a 100 Hz alternating current is applied; a film disposed opposing to the substrate to seal the electrophoretic ink and showing a resistance value 5 times or less of the resistance value of the electrophoretic ink when a 100 Hz or more of an alternating current is applied; and a structure formed between the substrate and the sealing film.
