Disclosed is a natural drying apparatus for drying persimmons. The natural drying apparatus for drying persimmons of the present invention consists of: a housing for drying persimmons (2) installed on the ground by assembly using a plurality of pipe aggregates (4), wherein a cover unit (6a) for water proof and awning is formed on a roof (6) of the housing (2), and an external shield (8a) to be easily removed is formed around a side wall (8) of the housing (2) so that the external shield (8a) can be removed in conditions having natural wind; and an exhaust duct (12) having an air blower (13) to reduce moisture and control the temperature of an inner room (20) in the housing (2) in which persimmons hang, wherein an exhaust induction pipe (14) communicated to the exhaust duct (12) is horizontally installed in the inner room (20) of the housing (20), and an elastic suction pipe (18) stretched to move upward and downward is communicated in positions in a horizontal direction of the exhaust pipe (14) so that moisture according to the temperature of the inner room (20) is exhausted. Accordingly, the present invention uses natural drying method using natural wind, and prepares dried persimmons which do not gather mold and have good color. |
