MANAGEMENT METHOD OF BUILDING MOVEMENT THROUGH THREE DIMENSIONAL BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL

The present invention relates to a building position change management method using a three-dimensional building information model. The method includes the steps of: forming three-dimensional building information model for a building structure based on the building′s two-dimensional design data; reflecting the structure design′s position change predicted by a construction phase analysis onto the three-dimensional building information model; building the building based on the three-dimensional building information model; monitoring the actual position change occurred to the structure in the building construction process; reflecting the construction position change to the three-dimensional building information model; monitoring the actual position change occurred on the structure at the point of completion of the building; reflection the position change at the completion point to the three-dimensional building information model; and transmitting the three-dimensional building information model reflecting the position change to the owner or manager of the building. The present invention applies the three-dimensional building information model to a building which can be a high-rise building, atypical building, or a large-area building largely affected by the position change to manage the position change over the life of the building.
