The present invention relates to a cosmetic ingredient effective in alleviating striae distensae which contains glycolic acid made into nano liposomes. More specifically, glycolic acid, which stimulates fibroblasts to help collagen synthesis, is made into nano liposomes to be easily permeated into skin so that the effect can be maximized with a small quantity thereof and skin irritation is minimized. The cosmetic ingredient effective in alleviating striae distensae containing glycolic acid made into nano liposomes according to the present invention includes glycolic acid made into nano liposomes as an active ingredient, wherein 0.05-2 wt% of the glycolic acid made into nano liposomes is included based on the total weight thereof.
