A method of supplying the voltage of a DC-DC convertor includes: a step of determining whether the operation mode of a DC-DC convertor is a bypass mode or a boost mode, a step of determining whether or not switching is performed by a first thermoelectric element based on an input signal, when the operation mode is the boost, a step of supplying a DC voltage based on the first thermoelectric device and determining whether or not a starting time is greater than a stabilization time when switching is performed by the first thermoelectric element, and a step of supplying a DC voltage to an output part based on the thermoelectric element when the starting time is less than the stabilization time. The bypass mode is a converting mode that does not perform the reinforcement of a DC voltage. The boost mode is a converting mode that performs the reinforcement of a DC voltage. One side of the first thermoelectric element is to perform a heat absorption function. The other is to perform a heat dissipation function.</p>
