PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of heating medium from a pipe end part of a corrugated pipe to be used as an outer cylinder of an underground heat exchanger, in the underground heat exchanger in operation.SOLUTION: The underground heat exchanger exchanges heat with the ground. The underground heat exchanger includes: a flexible thermoplastic resin corrugated pipe disposed in the excavation hole in the ground; an ejection port ejecting the heat medium into the corrugated pipe; a discharge port discharging the heat medium heat-exchanged with the ground from the corrugated pipe; and a thermoplastic resin cap member connected to one pipe end part of the corrugated pipe through a connection part to close the pipe end part. The connection part is a fusion joint part formed by bringing the pipe end part into contact with a portion to abut on the pipe end part of the cap member in a molten state. |
