<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement with a high appealing effect to a user at appropriate timing, without preventing understanding of content, in an advertisement insertion method in an electronic book. <P>SOLUTION: An advertisement is displayed at appropriate timing synchronized with the display of a content image to offer a user with the advertisement effectively.
