<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance experience quality (QoE) by suppressing frequent and sudden change in a wireless resource allocation amount. <P>SOLUTION: A base station device 16 performs wireless communication with each of a plurality of mobile terminals 14-1 to 14-N. For each of the plurality of mobile terminals 14-1 to 14-N, an index calculation unit 20 calculates an allocation index value M[n] indicating priority of wireless resource allocation for a mobile terminal 14-n according to the past wireless resource allocation amount for the mobile terminal 14-n. A wireless resource allocation unit 30 allocates a wireless resource to each mobile terminal 14 on the basis of the allocation index values M[1] to M[N] calculated for each mobile terminal 14 by the index calculation unit 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
