<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electronics element with high efficiency of photoelectric conversion and high curvilinear factor required for it, and moreover, with less generation of dark spot and high durability, by forming a block layer between a bulk heterojunction layer and an electrode by an application method with high productivity, and to provide an organic electroluminescent element using the organic electronics element. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electronics element which has: a transparent electrode; a counter electrode; and an organic layer between them. The organic layer is formed by applying, on the transparent electrode or the counter electrode, application liquid which contains a compound, which is represented by general formula (1), by 0.01 to 10% to the total solid content concentration, which forms the organic layer, and in the upper part of the formed organic layer, a hole block layer or an electronic block layer is formed, consisting of the compound represented by general formula (1) and is arranged spontaneously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
