<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey or transfer a conveyed object for tapered paper carton without causing a deformation or a change in position or direction. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer device 14 receives the conveyed object 6 for tapered paper carton which is fitted to mandrels 11 and 19, from the mandrel 11, or delivers the received conveyed object 6 to the other mandrel 19. In addition, the transfer device includes: a transfer turret 15 which intermittently rotates on the apex sides of the mandrels 11 and 19 which are stopped in giving/receiving positions 13 and 18 where the conveyed object 6 is delivered; a chuck 16 which is fitted at a fixed distance on the outer circumferential part of the turret 15 and positioned to be opposite to the mandrels 11 and 19 on the apex sides of the mandrels 11 and 19 in the giving/receiving positions 13, and also, includes a plurality of gripping pieces 17 and 18 which come into contact with a plurality of spots on the outer circumferential surface of the conveyed object 6 and grip the conveyed object 6; and an advancing/receding mechanism which makes the chuck 16 move forward and backward to the mandrels 11 and 19 in the giving/receiving positions 13 and 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
