<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a prepreg by which a wrinkle is hardly generated in fiber fabric and impregnation concentration of resin is uniform when the prepreg is manufactured and a fiber reinforced molded article can be efficiently manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A fiber fabric 11A is continuously supplied in the length direction to be impregnated with a resin, a foam 21A from which a cell film is removed is continuously supplied to a lower surface of a fiber fabric 11B impregnated with the resin to dispose the form on the lower surface of the fiber fabric 11B impregnated with the resin, a laminate 10B made of the foam 21A from which the cell film is removed and the fiber fabric 11B impregnated with the resin is dried by a dryer 81, and the laminate 10B after dried is cut in a prescribed dimension by a cutting machine 91 to manufacture the prepreg in which the foam from which the cell film is removed is laminated on the fiber fabric impregnated with the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
