<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared light cutting filter glass for visibility correction of a solid imaging device, which particularly has near-ultraviolet light absorbing properties, and can be used as a cover glass for protecting a solid imaging device, and is particularly suitable for joining with a package made of plastics. <P>SOLUTION: The near-infrared light cutting filter glass has a U content of 6 to 20 ppb. The near-infrared light cutting filter glass also has anαray emission amount of 0.002 to 0.02 c/cm<SP>2</SP>.h, and a transmittance in the wavelength of 315 nm of <0.3 when conversion is performed in such a manner that a wavelength showing a transmittance of 50% in a spectral transmittance in a wavelength of 550 to 750 nm is 615 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
