The present invention relates to a bellows structure of a steering system for a vehicle which prevents the bellows from deforming caused by high-temperature and high-pressure generated inside the bellows due to heat from an engine by improving the bellows structure of the steering system for a vehicle, thereby improving the durability of the bellows and the reliability of the product. According to the present invention, the bellows structure of the steering system for a vehicle comprises: a hollow rack housing which has both open ends; a rack bar inserted into the rack housing, and extended from both ends of the rack housing; a pair of tie rods connected to both ends of the rack bar; and bellows formed by repeatedly and continuously forming corrugations in an empty cylindrical shape having a certain width and size to be stretched in an axial direction, and formed by a soft thermoplastic rubber or a synthetic resin to cover the intervals between both ends of the rack bar and the middle end of the tie rods. The corrugation part having a large diameter of the bellows is formed in a pot shape which gradually increases the outer diameter of the corrugations from the corrugation protrusion to the axial center. The corrugation part having a small diameter of the bellows is formed in a cone shape which gradually reduces the outer diameter of the corrugations to the small diameter part. |
