The present invention relates to an improved structure for connecting vertical wastewater pipes and a method of constructing a vertical pipe using the same. More specifically, provided are an improved structure for connecting vertical wastewater pipes which uses a newly-developed sliding pocket connector accommodating height difference instead of cutting and installing vertical waste water pipes at a site after measuring height of each household, thereby being able to control the length of vertical wastewater pipes for each household to fit the height at a site by receiving the pipes after the pipes are produced in a factory, using a sleeve and an upper housing of the sleeve to fix the vertical pipes without a fixer to very easily construct the vertical pipes, not requiring a fire partition work through floors separate from a construction period to save construction costs, and being easy to partially repair and replace the vertical pipes for each household when the vertical pipes need to be repaired, and a method of constructing a vertical pipe using the same. To achieve the above object, the present invention relates to an improved structure for connecting vertical wastewater pipes which includes a cylindrical body of a predetermined length having the inner circumference having the diameter equal to that of the outer circumference of a vertical wastewater pipe; and a sliding pocket connector including a compressed o-ring and a fastening member coupled to one or more ends selected from both ends of the cylindrical body, and is disposed at a position wherein the wastewater pipe is installed to be inserted inside the cylindrical body in accordance with a required length of the vertical wastewater pipe with a sliding method in order to be withdrawn corresponding to the length and to couple the compressed o-ring and the fastening member to be installed to simultaneously fix the position and length of the vertical wastewater pipe, and a method of constructing a vertical pipe using the same. |
