The present invention includes a composite which includes multiple dielectric layers, a capacitor formed by a stacked ceramic body which has a first internal electrode exposed to a second cross section and a second internal electrode having a lead exposed to first and second sides which face each other between the dialectic layers, and an inductor which is formed by a magnetic body of stacked magnetic substances formed on the same layer as a conductive pattern. They are separated from each other with a constant distance in a stack direction. The composite further includes first external electrode which is formed on the second cross section of the ceramic body and is electrically connected to the first internal electrode, a second external electrode which is formed in the first and the second sides and is electrically connected to the second internal electrode, and a first dummy electrode formed on the first cross section of the ceramic body; and third and fourth external electrodes which are formed on the first and the second cross sections of the magnetic body and are connected to the conductive pattern. The composite a first metal frame formed on the first cross section of the composite to form an input terminal by connecting the first dummy electrode and the third external electrode, a second metal frame formed on the second cross section of the composite to form an output terminal by connecting the first external electrode and the fourth external electrode, and a third metal frame formed on at least one of the first and the second sides of the composite to form a ground terminal comprising the second external electrode.
