<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing companies which can minimize the risk of a management company and a financial institution by selecting a primary contractor per company, analyzing information about the selected primary contractor per company, and generating evaluation information per company for performing credit assessment per company based on the analysis results. To this end, in operating a system for managing companies to manage the companies by selecting a primary contractor per company, the method for managing companies comprises the steps of: collecting and storing information about companies from a financial institution server and an external server; extracting the information required for credit assessment per company from the stored information, storing the extracted information, and constructing a database based on the extracted information; selecting a primary contractor per company based on predetermined standards by referring to the information stored in the database; and analyzing information about the primary contractor per company and generating evaluation information per company to perform credit assessment per company based on the analysis results.</p> |
