<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazed sandwich panel which uses an aluminum plate material for which corrosion resistance is improved even while improving strength by adding Cu as a face bar, is light in weight, has little distortion, and is excellent in strength and corrosion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The sandwich panel comprises two aluminum alloy face bars arranged vertically so as to face each other and an aluminum or aluminum alloy core material arranged between the two face bars, and the respective face bars and the core material are connected with each other by brazing connection. As the respective face bars, a composition comprising 0.4-1.2 mass% Si, 1.0 mass% or less Fe, 1.0-2.0 mass% Mn, 0.2-1.0 mass% Cu and the balance being Al and inevitable impurities and an aluminum alloy plate which has 3×10<SP POS="POST">6</SP>pieces/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or more of deposits of 1μm or smaller and present proof stress of 60 MPa or higher after brazing are assembled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
