<p>Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a glass substrate for a solar cell. The method includes the steps of: forming a first mask layer on a glass substrate; pattering the first mask layer to form multiple first circular openings which are regularly arranged on the first mask layer to expose the glass substrate; and etching the surface of the glass substrate by using the patterned first mask layer as a mask.</p> |
