<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print an e-mail timely while making use of convenience of a portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A printing system comprises steps of: communicating with a groupware server 2 by using a portable terminal 1; selecting a binder to be printed, stored in an Internet binder 3; instructing printing of the selected binder; and selecting an MFP 4 for carrying out instructed printing of the binder.
