<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio output device, which is used for an earphone and headphone, capable of mending both of an open air type defect of sound leakage and a hermetic type defect of blocking external sound and high burden to an eardrum. <P>SOLUTION: An audio output device 1 has a loudspeaker unit 3 and an attachment part attached to the auricle side so as to face an external auditory canal, where sound from the loudspeaker unit 3 is conducted to the eardrum side through the external auditory canal. The loudspeaker unit 3 is accommodated by an accommodation part 11 formed inside a housing 4 molded in a C shape or an annular ring shape. The housing 4 configures the attachment part. An external auditory canal side edge of the accommodation part 11 is configured so that the sound can be conducted, and an edge of the accommodation part 11 on the side opposite to the external auditory canal is sealed with a cover part 12 for sound insulation. An exposure part 7 for exposing the external auditory canal is configured on the hollow central side of the housing 4 attached to the auricle side. Partition between the exposure part 7 and the accommodation part 11 is implemented by an inner peripheral wall 9 of the housing 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
