<p>The invention provides an elevator running control device enabling residents in a building to take refuge and be saved. The elevator running control device comprises a cabin, a running control part (28) which controls the cabin to move towards the getting-in position of each floor and towards the floor specified by callings from the cabin, a fire hazard control running part (31) enabling the running control part (28) to reach to the floor of refuge storey in a fire disaster, a refuge running execution part (29) enabling the running control part (28) to perform a itineration from the refuge floor to one or more than one rescuing floor different from the refuge floor, and a storage part (33) which stores information of the refuge floor when the refuge running execution part (29) conducts a refuge running, of the rescuing floor and of the running plan of the running control part (28). The running control part (28) reads the running plan of the storage part (33), executes the running of a fire disaster control, and conducts a refuge running.</p> |
