<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, by targeting a hard coat transfer film obtained by laminating, in proper order, at least a release layer and a hard coat layer atop a plastic film, a hard coat transfer film capable of easily adjusting the peel strength of the release layer and hard coat layer and accompanied by neither foil nicks nor foil chips, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The hard coat transfer film of the present invention comprises: a release layer consisting of a thermosetting resin and a hydroxyl group-containing acrylate wherein the weight ratio of the hydroxyl group-containing acrylate with respect to the thermosetting resin is 3-10 wt.%; and a hard coat layer consisting of an ultraviolet-curable resin, whereas, in the manufacturing method of the hard coat transfer film of the present invention, a hard coat layer is laminated atop a release layer and then irradiated with ultraviolet rays so as to induce a crosslinking reaction of the hydroxyl group-containing acrylate of the release layer and the ultraviolet-curable resin of the hard coat layer.</p> |
