<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communications between terminal devices through an existing communication line without imposing a load on a main control section of an automatic vending machine. <P>SOLUTION: In the communication system for automatic vending machine, a terminal device 3 has transmission and reception means which receives transmission permitting instructions that are sequentially sent from a main control section 1 of an automatic vending machine 100 through a communication line 5, recognizes that the transmission permitting instruction is addressed to another terminal device 4, and then monitors a waiting time of a response signal which is transmitted from the other terminal device 4 to the main control section 1 with respect to the transmission permitting instruction, and thereby determines an operation state of the other terminal device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
