<p>PURPOSE: A keyword bidding control method and a device are provided to set an advertisement bidding price range and apply the lowest contract price to all advertisers, thereby reducing the burden of an advertiser. CONSTITUTION: A bidding range setting unit sets a bidding price range of an advertisement item which participates in the bidding based on the amount of charge of an advertiser (S310). A receiving unit receives a set of bidding information from each advertiser terminal (S320). When a bidding end condition is satisfied, a selection unit selects a contract advertisement item and the lowest contract advertisement item (S330). A benefit unit provides a predetermined benefit to the advertiser of the lowest contract advertisement item (S340). A charging unit applies the amount of bidding charge of the lowest bidder to all contracted advertisement items (S350). An exposure unit controls that all contracted advertisement items are exposed (S360).
