<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for refining molten steel capable of easily removing phosphorous from molten steel by including a step of completing tapping of molten steel generated in the previous process; a step of removing part of slag generated in the previous process by rolling a converter; a step of inputting a supplementary material in the slag remaining in the converter and performing a fore blow; a step of inserting molten steel to be used in the main process into the converter; a step of blowing the molten steel; and a step of removing the slag generated by the blowing after the blowing step. After the some slag accommodated in the converter in which the previous process is completed is removed, lime CP is put in the other slag remaining in the converter, and fore blow is performed, so Fe_2O_3 is increased in the slag. Thus, the phosphorous is vaporization-dephosphorized by reaction of Fe_2O_3 to partially remove phosphorous before a first blowing, thereby increasing the dephosphorization efficiency. Therefore, the method for refining molten steel can reduce the amount of CaO put in the molten steel in the first blowing process, so the costs of CaO consumed in the molten blowing can be reduced. Also, the method for refining molten steel can allow the entire process to stably proceed by controlling the process environment, and solve the conventional problem of mistake of controlling compositions, thereby increasing the quality of a product.</p> |
