PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetically sealing device capable of effectively inhibiting entry of muddy water or dust from the outside, even though the device is used for a long period of time in a shaft sealing part such as an agricultural machine or a building machine, in a severe outer environment (atmospheric side) such as muddy water, in a limited space.SOLUTION: The hermetically sealing device is constituted of a reinforcing ring and a sleeve member. In the device, the sleeve member has: an outside cylindrical part from an end of a flange to the flange having a gap with an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part; and a first dust seal lip of a rubber-like elastic material extending outward from the outer peripheral surface of the outside cylindrical part in a radial direction, and also coming into slide contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part. The lip has a second dust seal lip extending inward from outside in a radial direction, and coming into slide contact with the inner peripheral surface of the outside cylindrical part. |
