<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of preventing reproducibility of a document including a moving image from being deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system 100 includes an image distributing apparatus 110 and an image output system 120. The image distributing apparatus 110 receives document data which represent a document and, when read by an application program, display the document via the application program (111) and, when the document includes a moving image, generates still image data representing still images displayed at a plurality of time points different from each other among still images displayed by the application program with which the document data have been read (112).
