PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for lamination which has excellent adhesive strength to substrates, excellent cuttability and antistatic properties, and has substantially improved heat seal strength, and to provide a laminate using the composition, and a method for producing the laminate.SOLUTION: The resin composition for lamination is obtained by compounding a polyethylene resin (A) obtained by a high pressure radical polymerization method, wherein a melt flow rate (MFR) of the resin measured at 190°C under a load of 21.18 N is 1-100 g/10 min and density is 0.91-0.97 g/cm, with at least an antistatic agent (B) comprising (b1) a fatty acid glycerol ester, (b2) a polyoxyalkylene alkylamine, (b3) an aliphatic alcohol, and (b4) a metal alkylsulfonate each in a specific amount based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyethylene resin (A). The compounding weight ratio of (b1)/(b4) is 1.5-3.0 and that of (b2)/(b4) is 0.3-1.3. |
