<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive clutch structure with reduced number of components, which prevents imbalanced pressing force with respect to friction materials. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch 20 includes: a clutch housing 21 fixed to a first rotating shaft 41; a clutch hub 22 fixed to a second rotating shaft 42; a friction engagement part 23 formed by laminating the plurality of friction materials along the axial direction in the clutch housing 21; a piston member 26 pressing the friction engagement part 23; and a lock member 25 fixed to an end on the piston member 26 side of the clutch housing 21. The clutch 20 further includes: a first bearing 61 rotatably supporting an end on the first rotating shaft 41 side of the clutch housing 21; and a second bearing 62 rotatably supporting an end on the second rotating shaft 42 side of the clutch housing 21 on the inner diameter side of the lock member 25.
