<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrical storage device of a vehicle mounted to the structure that can secure the power performance of the vehicle in the low-temperature environment without decreasing the energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical storage device of the vehicle includes: a first electrical storage part mounted on the vehicle; a second electrical storage part which is small in the decrease of the maximum discharge power and the maximum charge power at the low temperature than the first electrical storage part, while being mounted on the vehicle; and an output control device that controls the output in the second electrical storage part.
