A welding jig is disclosed. The welding jig according to an embodiment of the present invention, which welds an object to a circular hole formed in a thin plate member when the circular hole coincides with the center of the object. The welding jig comprises: a center shaft which is temporarily coupled to the object; a rotary body which is rotationally formed on the center shaft; a torch holder which fixes and supports a welding torch to the rotary body; a fixing bracket which connects and fixes the torch holder to the rotary body; and a centering unit which is formed to be lifted on the center shaft and makes the circular hole coincide with the center of the object.
