The present invention relates to a safety system to enable passengers to safely get on/off a vehicle comprising: an information acquisition sensor which detects a distance to an obstacle around a vehicle, an access direction, and an access speed; one or more cameras which photographs the surroundings of the vehicle; an image storage part which stores the images photographed by the cameras; a sound sensor which detects sounds in the surroundings of the vehicle; a control part which calculates the degree of danger based on the type of obstacle, the distance to the obstacle, the access direction, and the access speed and takes safety measures corresponding to the calculated degree of danger; and a warning part which warns a danger situation. According to the present invention, safety accidents for children can remarkably be reduced by taking safety measures based on the calculated degree of danger.
