<p>The present invention provides a pouch for a secondary electrode which includes a case body and a cover, capable of preventing explosion and ignition. Wherein, the outer side of the case body is bonded to the outer side of the cover. The pouch for the secondary electrode further includes a safety belt which includes a core rod which is arranged to form the direction of a long axis thereof in a transverse direction of the outer side and a thermoplastic resin matrix which surrounds the core rod and has a thermal expansion coefficient which is different from the thermal expansion coefficient of the core rod, on at least one part of the outer side which is bonded.</p> |
