The present invention relates to a method for extracting biofuel from microalgae by using radiation having high permeability and energy efficiency without a chemical method. The method for extracting a biofuel raw material according to the present invention comprises: a step of producing a mixture by mixing microalgae and water; a step of irradiating the mixture by a predetermined amount of radiation in order to remove the cell wall of the microalgae; and a step of pulverizing the mixture irradiated by the radiation with a mechanical stirrer in order to prevent the extraction of triacylglycerol from being interrupted by the aggregation of the microalgae in which the cell wall is removed.
