The present invention relates to an integrated poppet device of a transmission control unit and, more specifically, to an integrated poppet device of a transmission control unit. The integrated poppet device of a transmission control unit includes a block poppet. The block poppet includes a first groove and a second groove. The first groove is mounted to be interposed against a poppet assembly of the transmission control unit, and is formed on one surface in a direction orthogonal to a circumferential direction to obtain a sense of moderation by select force upon shifting gears. A second groove has a neutral position formed on one surface in a circumferential direction so as to return to a neutral stage upon shifting gears.
