The present invention provides an oral preparation containing citrulline malate as an active ingredient and formed in a gel phase, and a method for preparing the oral preparation. The oral preparation of the present invention has a suppressed acerbic taste of citrulline malate, and can be easily administered and prepared. Further, the oral preparation of the present invention can be easily prepared by the preparation method of the present invention. According to the preparation method, the oral preparation can be easily manufactured.
