FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: method includes detecting quadrupole spin echo signals, determining relaxation timethrough Laplace transform inversion, calculating the equivalent radius of granules using the obtained formula and pre-measured constants which are characteristic for the given substance. Measurements are made using nuclear quadrupole resonance relaxometry, and the detected parameter used is relaxation time.EFFECT: nondestructive method of measuring dimensions of microgranules in powders, in microporous and microcomposite materials, which uniquely identifies the material of the measured microgranules and which does not require use of a strong polarising magnetic field.3 dwg |
