FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: equipment for heat treatment of pipes of a pipe manufacturing unit includes a stock of pipes to be processed, a normalisation furnace, an outgoing roller table of this furnace, two chain-type coolers installed in parallel behind the normalisation furnace, an intermediate stock of pipes, which is arranged behind the coolers, an outgoing roller table of chain-type coolers, an incoming roller table of a hardening furnace, a hardening furnace, a sprayer, an annealing furnace, a sizing mill, a cooler for cooling of pipes after hardening and annealing, a flattening machine, a roller table for transportation of normalised pipes and a pipe finishing line. The stock of pipes to be processed is equipped with an additional loading grid connected to one of the chain-type coolers with a turning roller table located perpendicular to the cooler; besides, length of the above cooler is increased towards the outgoing roller table for transfer onto it of pipes from the normalisation furnace. The intermediate pipe stock is equipped with a reversible grid and a reversible conveyor for transfer to the intermediate stock of pipes after normalisation or pipes from the same stock to the hardening furnace. An additional transfer grid is installed between the outgoing roller table of chain-type coolers and the inlet roller table of the hardening furnace. An additional conveyor for transfer of pipes to the finishing line is installed behind the roller table for conveying normalised pipes. A bypass roller table is installed parallel to the normalisation furnace, the outgoing roller table of this furnace and perpendicular to chain-type coolers.EFFECT: enlarging manufacturing capabilities of equipment due to simultaneous operation of normalisation and annealing furnaces.1 dwg |
