The present invention relates to a method for preparing propolis using an air bubble wave machine. The extraction performance of active ingredients from propolis is improved by using the wave strength of strongly finely compressed air bubbles and an anionic effect of compressed air, and the degree of dispersion of the active ingredients of propolis is improved by a dispersion process through spraying of the finely compressed air bubbles, thereby facilitating the ingestion without losing the active ingredients of propolis and significantly improving the intake rate of active ingredients of propolis in a human body.
