The present invention relates to a surface light source device capable of reducing maintenance costs. The present invention includes lamp modules which emit light when electrons are emitted by an electric field. Each lamp module includes a first and a second transparent substrate which are separated from each other, a cathode prepared on the first transparent substrate, an emitter prepared on the cathode, a gate prepared to be separated from an electric field discharging member, a fluorescent layer prepared in the lower part of the second transparent substrate, and an anode prepared in the lower part of the fluorescent layer. |
