An apparatus for successively making plastic bags, where a plastic film is cut by a Thomson blade without making the Thomson blade pressed with a large force is provided. The Thomson blade is brought into contact with the plastic film on one of opposite sides of the plastic film in a direction of thickness thereof while a rolling member is brought into contact with the plastic film and rolled and moved along the plastic film and the Thomson blade on the other side of the plastic film in the direction of thickness thereof. The plastic film is therefore sandwiched between and cut by the Thomson blade and the rolling member to successively make plastic bags. |
