The present invention relates to a hair heating device of a hair iron. The hair heating device provides heat energy to hair using radiant heat to prevent damage on hair, and can rapidly transmit radiant heat to the hair at the same time. The hair heating device is improved to perform a wet hair permanent and a dry hair permanent very rapidly. According to the present invention, a heater (12), generating heat energy from electric energy, is embedded in a radiant heat dissipating member (11), which is made of silicone rubber and is in the shape of a plate; a heat resistant adhesive (13) to which a release paper (14) is attached is applied on a lower side of the radiant heat dissipating member (11); and thus the radiant heat dissipating member (11) can be attached to an inner side of a pressing part (2) located on a front end portion of the hair iron (1) after separating the release paper (14) from the radiant heat dissipating member (11). |
