The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing low-temperature ripening kimchi using zeolite. More specifically, kimchi prepared by using mineral water and napa cabbage cultivated in uncontaminated area (for example, Chodo, the southern sea of yeosu) which has less environmental pollution is put in a pot, and is low-temperature ripened. A zeolite ball molded in an egg shape between kimchi or on the top is put in a cotton fabric sack and flattened. A cold air current layer is formed by an electric action of zeolite (″zeolite″ R&D principle of Dr. Kaufman). Accordingly, the present invention blocks external influence, decomposes toxic and harmful substances of napa cabbage by low-temperature ripening and zeolite, and decomposes and discharges various toxic chemical materials and heavy metals in the body of an eater who takes the same, thereby tasting good and being good for health. |
