The information code decoding device (20) includes a determining part determining whether a confidential data code is placed after an end identification code or even after an end position, a second decode part decoding the confidential data code when the determining part determines that the confidential data code is placed, and an action processing part processing at least one action among the output of a decoding result of the confidential data code, the memorization of the decoding result, and processing according to the decoding result when the confidential data code is decoded by the second decode part, and also memorizing or outputting preset identification information.</p> |
