The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode. More specifically, the organic light-emitting diode has a concave diode layer comprising a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode to extract the light emitted from the organic light-emitting layer as quickly as possible to ensure excellent light extraction efficiency. For this, the present invention includes a first substrate; a first bank which is formed on the first substrate and has a curved surface exposed to the outside; a first electrode which is formed on the first bank and exposes multiple areas on the surface of the first bank to the outside; a second bank which is formed on the exposed areas while being in contact with the side part of the first electrode and has a curved surface exposed to the outside; an organic light emitting layer which is formed on the first electrode and the second bank; and a second electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer. The first electrode is curved by the first bank. The organic light emitting layer and the second electrode are formed to be curved by the first electrode and the second bank.
