The present invention relates to a transparent mortar. The mortar includes a cover on a pestle in order to prevent a material from being scattered. The mortar includes the pestle (20). The cover (30) for preventing the material from being scattered is formed to be integrated with the pestle. Otherwise, the cover is formed to include a plurality of fixating holes (300) and to be separated from the pestle. A main body (30) of the mortar is made of a transparent material. Therefore, a material to be ground is prevented from being scattered out of a mortar main body (10); and a user can frequently check a condition of the ground material and use the mortar in a convenient and hygiene manner. |
