<p>The present invention relates to a differential pressure sensor. According to the present invention, a differential pressure sensor includes a housing including a body and a cover and having first and second chambers separated from each other inside, a first pressure channel connected to the first chamber and a second pressure channel connected to the second chamber, a substrate having an electronic component installed, having a terminal formed, including a first surface facing the first chamber and a second surface facing the second chamber in parallel to the first surface, and covering the second chamber, a sensor element installed to generate an electric signal on the first surface of the substrate according to a pressure difference between the first and second chambers, a lead frame installed in the housing, having an end extended into the first chamber, and delivering the electric signal of the sensor element to an external device, a conducting wire connecting the terminal of the substrate with the lead frame to deliver the electric signal of the sensor element to the lead frame, a first sealing member placed in an area, in which the cover and the body meet, in order to seal the first chamber off from the outside, and a second sealing part placed in an area, in which the substrate and the body meet, in order to seal the second chamber off from the first chamber.</p> |
