The present invention relates to a method for repairing an azimuth thruster using a dry dock capable of improving efficiency of a work of repairing an azimuth thruster. According to the present invention, the method for repairing an azimuth thruster using a dry dock includes: a first thruster lifting step of lifting an azimuth thruster to the inner portion of a ship from the sea; a ship moving step of moving the ship inside a dry dock filled with water; a ship mounting step of mounting the ship on the dry dock floor; a thruster repairing step of repairing the azimuth thruster in which an abnormality occurred among azimuth thrusters lifted inside the ship by separating the azimuth thruster in which an abnormality occurred from a canister and lowering the azimuth thruster in which an abnormality occurred to be mounted on the dry dock floor to have an abnormal portion repaired; a second thruster lifting step of relifting the repaired azimuth thruster inside the ship to be coupled to the canister; and a thruster fixing step of fixing each azimuth thruster to an initial position after moving the ship to the sea from the dry dock and lowering each azimuth thruster to the bottom surface of the ship. |
