The present invention relates to a weir sewage discharge system which prevents the pollutants from being accumulated around the upper end thresholds of a weir when the sewage is overflowing due to rain and is discharged to a river or to a sea. The weir sewage discharge system includes: multiple upper end thresholds which are formed to protrude from the upper end of the weir forming the border between the water and the ground in a waterside area while being spaced apart from each other to prevent the sewage from flowing to the water from the ground; a sewage discharge door which opens the space between two adjacent upper end thresholds to discharge the water through the space or closes the space in-between; and a water storage tank which is formed near the upper end thresholds to store the sewage contained by the upper end thresholds and the sewage discharge door and the pollutants included in the sewage. The sewage discharge door is configured to be open when the sewage in the water storage tank reaches a certain level.
