The present invention relates to a method for producing health food for mitigating respiratory diseases and to the health food for mitigating respiratory diseases produced by the same. The present invention includes the following steps of: (step 1) making a mixture by mixing cudrania tricuspidata leaves, hovenia dulcis, lindera obtusiloba, schizandra chinensis, smilax china, citrus aurantium, and luffa cylindrical with pears; (step 2) putting the mixture and water in a double boiler; (step 3) heating the mixture in the double boiler by starting from 30°C until reaching 100-110°C and forming a pressure to be a 2 atmospheric pressure of a double boiling for 3-6 hours; (step 4) putting and compressing the heated mixture in a compressor and obtaining an extract; and (step 5) heating and sterilizing the extract at 100-110°C for 5-10 minutes. Thereby the present invention can be safely eaten by using agricultural forest products and native grass.
